The OECD 503: Metabolism in Livestock Study establishes metabolic and degradation pathways for a substance in livestocks. Multiple administration routes are tested, including feedstuff application, premise treatment and direct application. The study measures residual chemical presence in edible animal components and animal waste through the use of radiolabeled test compounds.
